What I Do:
- Provide in person, phone, and e-mail support for student, staff and faculty Windows, Mac, and Unix users
- Assist in developing user documentation
- Recruit, interview, hire, train and supervise student workers in CUS (T-watchers)
- Assist IT staff with troubleshooting
