Print Options for Copiers

When submitting a print job to a copier, you can select various output options such as color vs. black and white, two-sided or single-sided, and staples (if available). You can also save these settings as a preset.

Note: If you're printing from Adobe Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Reader, you will need to click the "Printer..." button in the bottom-left corner of the dialog box to access this menu. You may get a warning pop-up after selecting this option - click "Yes". When you are done changing settings, press the 'Print' button in the bottom-right corner to save your settings and return to the Adobe print dialog window. You will need to press 'Print' again in the Adobe print dialog to actually send your print job.

Configure options

  1. From the print dialog box, scroll down to "Printer Options". Click the "i" next to Xerox Features.
